Quick answer
Collect the context before opening a chat or contact form.
Keep the album URL, item URL, product code, option and current evidence gap together. This site does not contact suppliers or verify replies; it helps you prepare and record the question.
Define the one decision the answer should support
Do you need to identify the correct variation, compare measurements, understand the quote basis or confirm whether a source link belongs to the photographed item? Put that purpose at the top of your notes. Combining every possible question into one message often produces a partial reply that cannot be compared.
Use five short blocks in the first inquiry
- Item reference: exact item URL and visible code.
- Variation: color, size, model, material or set you mean.
- Current evidence: what the album or source page already shows.
- One missing answer: the specific measurement, option, amount basis or source relationship.
- Requested format: for example, a measurement in centimeters or a quote broken into product and domestic delivery.
Request evidence that matters for the product type
| Category | Focused evidence question |
|---|---|
| Clothing | Is this a garment measurement or body recommendation, and how was it taken? |
| Footwear | Does the size refer to foot length, insole length or another internal measurement? |
| Bags | Are dimensions external, and is the stated depth measured when empty? |
| Electronics | Which model identifier, connector and included parts apply to this option? |
| Source link | Which item code or option on the source page matches the album item? |
Ask logistics questions after the item basis is clear
Packed weight and carton information are useful only when the quantity, option and packaging method are defined. Keep product amount, domestic delivery, packed weight and international shipping separate. An early rough estimate can guide research but should not be recorded as a guaranteed final cost.
Convert the reply into a comparison record
Question date and channel: where the reply came from
Identity context: how the contact connects to the page
Item and option: exact reference used
Answer: the factual reply, without promotional wording
Evidence supplied: chart, source link, photo or none
Still unclear: one remaining gap
Next status: compare / ask once more / archive
Share only what is needed to answer the question
Do not send passwords, payment details, identification documents, unrelated personal files or another person’s private information. A product inquiry usually needs the item reference, option, requested quantity and the evidence question—not a full customer profile.
