Quick answer
Do not treat every unavailable page as password protected.
A password field, sign-in request, missing-page response and blank loading state are different observations. Save the exact message and URL before deciding what can be checked next.
Identify the visible access state
Password prompt
The owner has restricted the page. Request access from the owner or an authorized source; do not search for leaked credentials.
Account or sign-in request
Use only an account you are authorized to use and follow the platform’s current access rules.
Not found or removed
Keep the original URL and date. Do not assume why it disappeared or who removed it.
Blank or partial load
Use the troubleshooting guide to separate a display problem from an access restriction.
Use an authorized access check
- Save the exact restricted URL and visible message.
- Check the album owner’s public information for an access instruction.
- Request access only through a contact channel you can connect to that owner.
- Do not send passwords, account credentials or unnecessary personal information to unrelated parties.
- If access is not granted, mark the evidence unavailable and pause the row.
After access is granted, restart the evidence review
Access does not validate the item, uploader or transaction. Confirm the item URL, category, code, photos, measurements, source link and visible identity clues as if the page were new. Record the access date because the contents may differ from what an older spreadsheet described.
Treat a replacement page as a new source
If the owner supplies a different album or item URL, keep both links. Compare the item clue and note who supplied the replacement. Do not silently replace the old URL, because the relationship between the two pages is part of the evidence trail.
Pause the row when the evidence remains unavailable
A locked result is not automatically suspicious, but it cannot support a comparison you cannot perform. Pause or archive the row when the missing photos, measurements or source details are essential. The correct note may simply be “owner-authorized access not available as of the review date.”
